Edición en vinilo rojo transparente de «Taken By Force», segundo trabajo de estudio de la banda australiana de punk rock procedente de Melbourne Civic. Publicado el pasado 10 de Febrero de 2023 por ATO Records, ha sido producido por el Radio Birdman Rob Younger y contiene 11 nuevas canciones del cuarteto formado por Jim McCullough (voz), Lewis Hodgson (guitarra), Roland Hlavka (bajo) y Matt Blach (batería). Salvajes, ruidosos, festivos y frenéticos.. Y próximamente de gira por España, concretamente el 3 de Junio de 2023 en el festival Blockparty Arganzuela junto a bandas como Toundra, Bad Nerves o Miranda & The Beat.

Melbourne-based five-piece Civic – Jim McCullough (vocals), Lewis Hodgson (guitar), Roland Hlavka (bass), Jackson Harry (guitar) & Matt Blach (drums) – return with their visceral new full-length studio album “Taken By Force”, that was recorded in the Castlemaine countryside with Radio Birdman-frontman Rob Younger producing and was mixed and mastered by Mikey Young. “Taken By Force” is Civic’s follow up to their critically acclaimed 2021 debut full-length “Future Forecast”; a collection of songs that showcased the band’s frenetic yet jangly melodic sound coupled with introspective lyrics.
