Edición remasterizada publicada por el sello Red Bullet el pasado 25 de Noviembre de 2022 de “Jojo”, álbum en solitario del guitarrista de Golden Earring George Kooymans. Lanzado originalmente en 1971 mientras los Earring se tomaban un descanso, Kooymans y el vocalista Barry Hay trabajaron en material muy brillante junto a músicos de Cubby & The Blizzards y Sweet d’Buster. 50 años después de aquella grabación, se rescata esta pieza de coleccionista descatalogada durante mucho tiempo y remasterizada desde la cintas originales, con libreto interior de 8 páginas. Una delicatessen de rock psicodélico con tintes progresivos.

In between the Golden Earring albums ‘Seven Tears’ and ‘Together’, guitarist George Kooymans and singer Barry Hay both worked on solo material. Kooymans’ album ‘Jojo’ was released in December 1971 and was the result of a sparkling and short period of recording sessions at the Phonogram Studio in Hilversum, where he recorded a collection of songs with some of the best Dutch session musicians – among guitarists Eelco Gelling (Cuby + Blizzards) and Hans Hollestelle and saxophone player Bertus Borgers (Sweet d’Buster).
