Joe Perry Project es el guitarrista principal, ocasional vocalista y compositor de la banda estadounidense formada en Boston Aersomith. En 1983 publicó su tercer trabajo en solitario «Once a Rocker, Always a Rocker» acompañado por «Cowboy» Mach Bell (voz), Joe Pet (batería) y Danny Hargrove (bajo) compuesto por 10 canciones producidas por el mismo Perry y con grandes temas de rock&roll como «Walk With me Sally», «Women In Chains», «Black Velvet Pants» o la versión de T. Rex de «Bang a Gong». Reeditado por Music On CD en 2018.

Joe Perry is the lead guitarist, backing and occasional lead vocalist, and contributing songwriter for the American rock band Aerosmith. “Once a Rocker, Always a Rocker” is the third and final release from the Joe Perry Project. Mach Bell’s voice sounds very similar to Vince Neil on many occasions throughout the album. The opening title track, «Once A Rocker, Always A Rocker» is a short (just under 3 minutes) rock and roller.

‘Sweetzerland Manifesto’ features 10 hard-rocking original songs from the legendary Aerosmith-guitarist. Joining Joe Perry is a Murderers Row of some of the baddest names in Rock, including Robin Zander (Cheap Trick), who sings on ‘Aye, Aye, Aye’, David Johanson (New York Dolls), and Terry Reid. Even actor Johnny Depp gets in on the action, playing drums on ‘Eve Of Destruction’.
