Lanzado en el año 2004 «Peace… Back By Popular Demand» es el título del octavo trabajo de estudio del vocalista, guitarrista y compositor estadounidense ganador de tres Premios Grammy Keb’ Mo’. Su estilo de blues posmoderno está influenciado por diversas épocas y géneros como el folk, el jazz, el rock, el pop y por supuesto el blues. «Peace… Back By Popular Demand» contiene 10 versiones de grupos y solistas como Buffalo Springfield, John Lennon, Marvin Gaye, Brinsley Schwarz o Bob Dylan entre otros. Reeditado por Music On CD en el año 2013.
Keb’ Mo’, is a three-time American Grammy Award-winning blues musician. He is a singer, guitarist, and songwriter, currently living in Nashville, Tennessee. He has been described as “a living link to the seminal Delta blues that travelled up the Mississippi River and across the expanse of America”.
His post-modern blues style is influenced by many eras and genres, including folk, rock, jazz and pop. Peace…Back by Popular Demand is the eighth studio album by Keb’ Mo’. It contains covers like Buffalo Springfield’s For What It’s Worth, John Lennon’s Imagine and Marvin Gaye’s What’s Happening Brother featuring Bettye LaVette.
