Reeditado en CD por Angel Air Records en el año 2012 «A Salty Dog Returns» es el título de éste álbum de estudio del miembro fundador de Procol Harum Matthew Fisher. Inmortalizado por coescribir junto al vocalista Gary Brooker y tocar el órgano clásico en el hit «White Shade of Pale», Matthew también produjo discos de Robin Trower. «A Salty Dog Returns» fue lanzado originalmente en 1994 y cuenta con las 13 canciones de la primera grabación mas tres bonus tracks incluídos en éste CD.

This version of A Salty Dog Returns comes as a 1xCD. Reissued and remastered ’Matthew Fisher’ (1980) and ’Strange Days’ (1981) by founder member of Procol Harum, Matthew Fisher. Fisher also produced the first three albums of Robin Trowers, including the platinum album ’Bridge Of Sighs’.
