Publicado en 2007 por Epitaph Records «Even If It Kills Me» es el título del tercer trabajo de estudio de la banda estadounidense procedente de Minnesota Motion City Soundtrack. La producción del álbum corrió a cargo de Rick Ocasek de The Cars, Adam Schlesinger (Fountains of Wayne) y Eli Janney (Girls Against Boys) y contiene 13 canciones del quinteto integrado por Justin Pierre (voz, guitarra), Tony Thaxton (batería), Joshua Cain (guitarra), Jesse Johnson (teclados, moog) y Matthew Taylor (bajo, percusión). Incluye los singles «This Is For Real», «It Had To Be You» y «Broken Heart».
