Publicado en 1997 por Music For Nations «One Second» es el título del sexto trabajo de estudio de la banda británica formada en Halifax (Yorkshire) Paradise Lost. Producido por Ulf Sandqvist (Drain, Apotygma Berzerk) contiene 12 canciones del quinteto integrado por Nick Holmes, Lee Morris, Stephen Edmondson, Aaron Aedy y Gregor Mackintosh, entre ellas los singles «Say Just Words» y «One Second». Reeditado en 2006 por MFN/Sony Music.
