Publicado en el año 2000 por el sello francés Culture Press «The Clown» es el título de éste recopilatorio del músico, compositor, productor y fundador de Fleetwood Mac Peter Green. Incluye 14 canciones registradas en 1977 y las colaboraciones de músicos como el guitarrista Snowy White (Pink Floyd), el bajista Kuma Horada (Kokomo, Van Morrison) o el teclista Peter Bardens (Camel).

Clown -14tr- by Peter Green, released 19 July 2005. This version of Clown -14tr- comes as a 1xCD. Peter Green is widely regarded as one of the finest guitarists of his generation. His virtuoso blues playing was an integral part of the sound of the original Fleetwood Mac, which he founded in 1967, and his tortured lead placed him on a par with legends such as Eric Clapton, Jeff Beck and Jimmy Page. In the early ’70s Green left the band and he was to spend much of the next three decades in the wilderness, battling a number of health issues.
