Publicado en el año 2004 por 14th Floor Records/Echo Label, «Trouble» es el título del álbum debut del músico y compositor estadounidense procedente de New Hampshire Ray Lamontagne. Producido por Ethan Johns (Ryan Adams, Rufus Wainright) contiene 10 canciones escritas por Lamontagne (a excepción de «Hold You In My Arms», escrita por Johns), composiciones que basculan entre el folk/rock 70’s y el soul/blues 60’s, totalmente atemporales, con las que daba comienzo una carrera musical altamente recomendable. En «Trouble» colaboran la vocalista y compositora Sara Watkins (Nickel Creek) y la hermana de Stephen Stills, Jen, en dos bellísimos duetos.
