El próximo 4 de Julio de 2025 Music On Vinyl reedita «Lionheart», decimosexto trabajo de estudio de la banda británica de heavy metal Saxon. Lanzado en 2004, el álbum está inspirado en Ricardo Corazón de León, rey de Inglaterra en el Siglo XII y destila puro heavy metal en todos los temas. Con canciones como «Witchfinder General», «Man and Machine» o «Beyond The Grave», que encajarían perfectamente en discos clásicos de la formación como «Denim & Leather» o «Power & The Glory». «Lionheart» estará disponible en una edición limitada a 1.000 unidades en vinilo azul de 180 gramos con inserto interior.
Lionheart is the sixteenth studio album by English heavy metal band Saxon, released in 2004. The title is inspired from Richard the Lionheart, a 12th-century King of England. «Beyond the Grave» was released as a single with complementary video. Lionheart is a pure heavy metal album — the Saxon that old-timers know and love. Such standouts as the album-opening «Witchfinder General» and «Man and Machine» would not sound out of place on such earlier classics as Denim & Leather and Power & the Glory. Lionheart is available as a limited edition of 1000 individually numbered copies on aquamarine colored vinyl and includes an insert.
