Publicado en 1997 por Epic Records «Live at Carnegie Hall» es el título del tercer álbum en directo de Stevie Ray Vaughan and Double Trouble. Grabado el 4 de Octubre de 1984 en el mítico recinto neoyorkino contiene 14 magistrales interpretaciones del legendario guitarrista estadounidense con colaboraciones de Dr. John, Jimmi Vaughan o Doug James entre otros. Producido por el propio Stevie Ray y mezclado por Bob Ludwig (Led Zeppelin, Lou Reed, Metallica).

This version of Live Alive comes as a 1xCD.
Hailed as one of the greatest guitarists of all time, this second album of Vaughan and his band Double Trouble did everything a second album should do. It confirmed that Stevie Ray was no fluke, and it cemented his status as one of the modern blues giants.
