Publicado en el año 2001 por el sello británico Edel Records «Substitute: The Songs of The Who», recopila 9 versiones de distintos artistas y grupos de una de las bandas más influyentes de la historia del Rock. Cast, Ocean Colour Scene, Pearl Jam, David Bowie o Paul Weller son algunos de ellos. Incluye una pista en video del tema «Substitute» grabado en directo en el mítico Royal Abert Hall por la propia banda y Kelly Jones.

Who includes a.o. the following tracks: “All This Music Must Fade”, “I Don’t Wanna Get Wise”, “Break The News”, “Rockin’ In Rage” and more. The album is a rock CD. Recorded at the band’s show at the world-famous Wembley Stadium on 6th July 2019, The Who performed many of their greatest hits as well as songs from their acclaimed recent studio album with the help of the Isobel Griffiths Ltd Orchestra, which gave a new perspective to some of their best loved material.
