Lanzado originalmente en 1988 por Island Records fue producido por Jimmy Iovine (Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers, Dire Straits, Bob Seger) y contiene 17 canciones del cuarteto integrado por Bono, Larry Mullen Jr, The Edge y Adam Clayton entre ellas clásicos del cuarteto como «Desire», «Angel of Harlem» o «I Still Haven’t Found What I’m Looking For».
